Trading Card Game Products (All Sales Final)
Due to the collectible and random nature of trading card game products, all sales of the following are final:
Booster packs
Booster boxes
Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
Bundles and Gift Bundles
Collector products
Singles
Preorders
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any TCG products once an order has been placed.
Manufacturer Defects
Issues involving misprints, missing cards, damaged packs, or packaging defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer:
Pokémon products: The Pokémon Company
Magic: The Gathering products: Wizards of the Coast
Order Cancellations
Preorders and in-stock orders may be canceled at our discretion before shipment. Payment processing fees may be deducted from any approved refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Shipping Issues
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping delays or lost packages are the responsibility of the shipping provider. We will assist in filing claims when possible.
Non-TCG Merchandise
Accessories such as sleeves, binders, playmats, and other non-random sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
