We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Preorders ship on or shortly after the official release date.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
Preorders
Preorder release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer or distributor. If release dates shift, your order will ship when the product becomes available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with the claims process when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage to be reshipped.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
Signature Confirmation
